...marvelous! A number of Bournemouth based designers and illustrators have (stopped talking about the fact someone else should do it and) recently come together to bring you one of the south coasts newest creative studios, 'This Is'. 'This Is' aim to hold a number of creative events around the south showcasing local artist work in aid of exposing local talent and encouraging networking with in the arts community..and i think it's pretty neat.
The first show ran earlier this month on the 23rd November with the theme 'Nautical Nonsense'. I submitted a design and it seems the guys were diggin it enough to put it forward for the show. My entry is below. Pretty pleased with the out come, something a little out of the way from the character stuff I've been doing lately.Thanks to the three people who bought a print, where ever you are!!!
